DROP-IN Policy:
Please contact us before coming to our facility. We CANNOT accept last minute drop-ins at this time. If you are visiting our location, and have at least 6 months training with Crossfit, we can accommodate on a case by case basis. This is also to make sure there is a class at that time you are visiting. Since we are all volunteers, class times are subject to change last minute, and we would not want you to come all this way if class is canceled.

CrossFit - Level 1 CrossFit - Gymnastics Hatha Yoga - RYT 200 Les Mills - Bodyflow Les Mills - BodyCombat Laura originally began her fitness journey working out at home to VHS tapes of Tamilee Webb's famous Buns of Steel videos, eventually moving on to the prestigious DVD collection of Mari Winsor Pilates. After constant complaining about nearly dying of boredom on the treadmill her thoughtful (perhaps desperate) husband encouraged her to try group fitness classes. After much scoffing she finally did, quickly becoming obsessed and decided to become a Les Mills instructor because well... why not? For Laura there was initial resistance toward CrossFit due to the perception that it was only done by really large men that eat rocks for breakfast but finally in 2012 she tried it for the first time and it was love at first WOD. Fitness is definitely a journey and Laura hopes to help you hang on and enjoy the ride! |
